This is our flagship blend and encapsulates everything that we think makes a great espresso. We favour a light roast, ensuring sweetness and fine acidity, as well some more nuanced flavours such as red berry and clementine. We’re also a big fan of quality natural coffees. This is a process where the coffee cherry has been left to ferment slightly on the bean (seed) and leaves a funky, faintly boozy quality. Mostly though, because of the degree of caramelization during the roasting process, this blend prepared as, say a flat white will remind you of creme cameral with a bit of a twist.
Latitude

Our take on a classic Antipodean blend. We typically use a Colombian coffee as our base here giving caramel, dark chocolate and nutty flavours. Smooth to the end and an all round true-blue knock out cup of coffee. Nice one bro!
Longitude

Ok, so you just want a cup of coffee for Pete's sake! You like a dark a roast and you enjoy coffee from France and Italy and why shouldn’t you. Longitude is a post roast blend meaning we can mix a variety roast profiles, from deep, robust and full bodied french roasts to light, nuanced and sweet city roasts, making this a coffee that everybody will love. Still prepared from 100% specialty grade beans, you’ll be getting some of the best coffee know to man.

If a farmer can produce coffee of sufficient quality to score 84 points or higher on the cupping table they will typically be able to achieve three times more for their harvest. Meaning that they can invest in their operation, improve quality further and ensure a stable and sustainable future for all involved in production.
