This exquisite coffee is meticulously processed both at farm level and at the washing station. After fermentation the best cherries are cleaned, soaked and dried on raised beds ensuring a perfect environment for the unique flavours to develop. When the beans reach our roastery in Somerset they are lightly roasted to highlight the unique flavour profile, and are shipped-to-order to ensure you’re getting the best freshly roasted coffee in the UK.
