About This Coffee

This signature blend combines premium Brazilian and Colombian coffees to create a robust, full-bodied cup that pays homage to traditional dark roasts. Hand-roasted in small batches in Wellington's historic Victorian wool mill, ‘Mill Town’ delivers a smooth, satisfying experience with every sip.

To ensure optimal freshness and flavour, we adjust the blend throughout the year using only the most recent harvests. Each batch is carefully roasted for approximately 15 minutes to a precise drop temperature of 216°C, resulting in a consistently rich and aromatic coffee.

Sustainability & Traceability

Sustainability and traceability are fundamental to our culture at Brazier so all farmers are paid fairly and we’re working towards greener supply and production methods. For more information read our FAQ page and Impact Statement.
