About This Coffee
This blend combines Colombian, Brazilian, and Guatemalan coffees to create a harmonious blend that captures the essence of antipodean coffee culture. While the Colombian component provides a robust foundation, beans from Brazil and Guatemala add a rich depth and a smooth profile. And our medium-light roast brings out a perfect balance of body and sweetness, making Campbell Street ideal for both filter and espresso preparations.
To maintain peak quality and flavour, we adjust the blend throughout the year using only the freshest harvests available. Each small batch is precisely roasted for 15 minutes to a drop temperature of 210°C, ensuring a consistently delicious and full-bodied cup every time.
