About This Coffee

This exquisite coffee is meticulously processed both at farm level and at the washing station. After fermentation the best cherries are cleaned, soaked and dried on raised beds ensuring a perfect environment for the unique flavours to develop.

When the beans reach our roastery in Somerset they are lightly roasted to highlight the unique flavour profile, and are shipped-to-order to ensure you’re getting the best freshly roasted coffee in the UK.

Sustainability & Traceability

Sustainability and traceability are fundamental to our culture at Brazier so all farmers are paid fairly and we’re working towards greener supply and production methods. For more information read our FAQ page and Impact Statement.
