However, what truly sets this speciality coffee apart is its extraordinary journey from farm to cup. In a groundbreaking initiative to reduce our carbon footprint, we've partnered with New Dawn Traders to import four tonnes of these speciality coffee beans using the power of wind alone.
After the "Ide Min" cargo vessel had sailed across the Atlantic for 112 days to Falmouth, we meticulously roasted them in our Somerset roastery to enhance the unique flavour profile. We then ground and packaged the coffee into Nespresso-compatible pods to ensure you can enjoy this remarkable single origin coffee with the convenience of your home machine.
