This organic and Fairtrade tea comes from the Kao Shui Tea Garden in China. The farmer, Mr He, started with a 1⁄2 hectare of tea and now has one of the biggest farms in the area, which is still family run. Jasmine Green tea is the most famous scented tea. Green tea is layered with Jasmine flower buds then left for 12 hours overnight. During this time, the buds open, releasing their scent into the tea. The next morning the buds are removed. This process is repeated numerous times, creating the beautiful, delicate flavour associated with Jasmine tea.
